Changing Skies – Wardlow. Acrylic on paper. 16” x 11” (400mm x 280mm). This is a painting from the Wardlow and Grace ‘Perceptions’ series.

We had recently returned to listening to Kate Bush and one of her songs, ‘Cloud busting’ is a favourite of ours. One day while we had been watching the beautiful blue sky being filled with chemtrails yet again, we came up with a thought about how the sky is changing, hence ‘Changing skies’.

The two pieces of work highlight the different angles from which we are approaching the subject. (And maybe a worrying insight into one of them!)
